Trainings may be taken through MassHousing/TAP or any other credible training source, including colleges and universities. www.masshousing.com/TAPtraining.

Proof of the trainings, such as certificates or transcripts containing the number of training hours of the relevant course, must be submitted in order to be considered for MARSCH's certification.

A processing fee of $100.00 will be required, at the time of application for certification.

Current membership in MARSCH will also be required. (Membership fee is $40.00 per year, renewable each January 1.)
